Default Identifiy aluminum tube

Hey folks,

I really need your help,
I own a 2008 town and country 3.8i AT, which I purchased pre owned. 1 pre owner...
It had a transmission swap three years ago. I think that they didn't put everything back together in order. There is an aluminum tube right next to the exhaust manifold that happened to have contacted... now it's leaking while stalling. The tube is the very next to the known leaking y-pipe. Attached is a picture. Note, it is the yellow cursor pointing towards it.

Since I live in Germany there is no proper support from a chrysler service as they only now European diesel models...

Can you identify the tube? That way I would be able to order from the states. Until arriving I will fix it with epoxy kit...

Best Regards
Bastian

When you say its leaking, is it leaking water or something, or is it sucking in air because I was wondering if it could be the vacuum pipe which runs to the brake servo!

Stalling would right enough point to Inlet Manifold air supply. And if the Vacuum comes from Manifold and not a Vacuum pump as Vonhofinvule says air is getting in and weakening the mixture.
