Default ignitioned accessory sockets stopped working

Hi guys. Tried to plug phone charger into the rear accessory socket and it wouldn't work. Now my front one doesn't work either. But the permanent battery one on the left of the dashboard still works.

Found a fuse in the engine box with 2 sockets for Batt or Ignition. Fuse hasn't blown. Is this to select if these sockets work permanently or when ignition is on? Handbook says a dealer can make this selection but suggests it has to be rewired.

Regardless, any idea if there's another fuse or something else to check? I've never used the rear socket so don't know if it ever worked.

Thanks

look in your owners manual for the fuse locations to the power outlets

LHS is hi-power and permanent on - RHS and rear outlet is low-power and only on when the IGN is on.
