Located relay and swopped with relay next to it and still no joy so does this mean it's the dimmer switch ??

 

Swopped over relay with one next to it and still no luck so does this mean it's the dimmer switch faulty ??

 

Could be but swapping parts can get expensive. Not the way to go. Get a multimeter and check voltages. Then you'll at least have a little proof before forking out the cash for a part. I can send you the wiring diagrams if you give me an email address (send a private message).
