Default Interior Light not working

HI I have recently bought a 1999 Voyager and there are a few things that haven`t worked since I`ve had the car and I would like to get them working,

Firstly the interior light does not work, from the switch or from the doors opening, the fuse is fine and the bulb is fine. Is there anything else I should look for? It looks as if there is no power getting to the bulb. Has anyone else had this problem

Thanks for any advice

Pete

Assuming that the 99 model is the same as later models - have you checked the switch that controls the dashboard illumination? This also controls the interior lights and if this is turned right down, it turns off the interior lights

Yeah I`ve had dial turned up and the doors open, still no joy though, I`ll have to fish my multi meter out I think.

Any other advice??

Thanks

Pete
