Default Jacking the wrong area up...

I just changed my rear brake pads on and 08 town and country. I think I used the wrong spot to raise the car. Can anyone tell me what can go wrong if I did? It has a rattling sound now when I go over bumps and the rear bar on the rearend looks to be higher on the driver's side than the passenger side.

Any ideas on what to do about this?

Can you describe the point you used to jack it up?
