I bought a 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager Ltd XS Auto from Kew Village Cars, Richmond Surrey, UK in July and 2 weeks later I had total break failure. They took the car to their garage to have it fixed and the day I collected it the brakes failed again despite the claim of a "new breaking system" having been installed. They then said they would take it to an official Chrysler garage to test and fix it. When they returned the car they would not tell us what they have had done or if the car has been fixed at all. After phoning around for an afternoon I found that NO Chrysler garage had seen the car! I have a car that I have had 2 weeks use out of! They have ignored all our emails and letters from my solicitor. Although I am likely to win in court, I will only be able to claim 65-75% of my costs! Do not use this dealer. They are not affiliated with Chrysler.
