key fob programming

Default key fob programming

can anyone help me please , I have recently purchased this 2001 grand voyager and I am trying to get it sorted , I mean all the little problems , one of which was it only had one key fob , if I get another one how to I programme it , it I a 5 button fob , lock unlock , sliding doors and tail gate

main dealer or a very specialist auto locksmith.

Fundamentally you need to know the PIN code, which Chrysler can supply or can be decoded from a dump of a chip in the SKRIM - it involves the chip being de-soldered.
I've not seen any software that can read the PIN from the SKIM module

thanks for that info , I guess the info what I found online is incorrect then , it say put your key in on number 2 , then hold panic on fob for a few seconds etc then push any button on the new fob to programme it

panic button is only on the US key fobs. Think Leedsman or Gogsy did some investigation into this

I tested the theory on my 05 with a six button FOB, it did not work.

Have you contacted any locksmith and ask them about the six button fob ?
