Keyfob remote locking stopped working

Keyfob remote locking stopped working
One of my keyfobs has stopped working. I have changed the batteries and I know that's not the issue. Is there anything else that can cause them to stop working? Dry solder joint or something? Or will it be a new fob from the dealer job.
