My feet get so cold!

My feet get so cold!
Being new to Voyager ownership, I have a quick question: is the ventilation system to the front footwells always so poor?
We have a 2001 Grand Voyager and I can't seem to get any heat down to my feet. Now, it may be that there's a problem with the flaps and ducts that feed warm air down to the footwell, because we're certainly trying to use the correct settings, but maybe it's just my bad circulation. Do other drivers find the same, or should we be able to get hot air down as well as up? The rest of the car is toasty.

RE: My feet get so cold!
I have the same problem in the passenger front of my 05 T&C. I felt underneath and there's a cold breeze coming in from under the dash. I can't tell exactly what it is, but the air that comes in there must be direct from the outside. I'd be interested if anyone else knows anything about this.
