Default MyGig seems like Hard is erased, no Gracenotes, nav, etc.

When I started my minivan the other day and tried to use the navigation system it gave me the following error "Can not find navigation database".

Then I tried to insert a disk and there was no gracenotes data, and I also lost all of the music and pictures that I had downloaded.

Has anyone seen this issue before, do I have to take it to the dealer? It's so hard for me to be without my car for a 1/2 day.

Thanks for the help.

I hate those freakin' MYGIG radios. Just something else to break and they are VERY expensive to replace. Not worth it IMO. Take it back to dealer, it has scrambled brains

There was an issue with some of the MyGIG models, you may want to check here for the HD corruption fix.
