Can anyone tell me where to find the fan relay on a 2005 town and country?

And what is the easiest way to get to it?

 

radiator fan relay or blower motor relay or resistor? whats the prob any way?

 

The code that went off was for the radiator fan relay. I bought a new relay and I can not find the location of the relay to replace it.

I have seen a few postings that say it maybe behind the bumper - but I dont want to tear apart the bumper if its not where its at. I looked behind the drivers side front light but I cant see in there.

Any help would be appreciated
