New to me 2008 Town and Country Limited
Just introducing myself to the group. My mother in law totaled my Dodge truck before christmas and I used the insurance money to purchase my wife and twin 2 year olds a 2008 Town and Country limited. This thing is fully loaded and despite my initial reservations about becoming a mini van dad, I love this thing. It has some odds and ends that need to get fixed as any used car would. Both the side mirrors have lost the case cover that protects the turn leds, The VES system didnt come with a remote or the headsets and of course the 2nd row screen is black. Going to tackle that issue first. I have no power going to it so its time to replace that ribbon cable. Other then that I am just missing some plastic covers here and there. It has 102k miles on it but drives like a champ so far. As I said I am just saying hi to the group. I will most likely be in here asking a ton of questions. Glad to find the group.
Welcome! Glad to hear you are enjoying your T&C thus far. Be sure to check out Mopar.com for OEM replacement parts and more. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the vehicle.
Thank you, I was getting concerned that this was a dead forum. It doesn't look like there are a lot of people participatin in the groups anymore.
Some threads are definitely more popular than others. You can also check out The Chrysler Minivan Fan Club Forums which is a very helpful Chrysler Minivan community.
I'm just back to a Grand Voyager/Town and Country after a little while away from them, the original was bought as we were having twins and already had 2 kids. Needed something that would take them all and leave room for luggage.
Plenty help around from those that have experienced the problems before, right up to guys that really know their stuff.
Welcome to ownership and the forum.

As too the dead forums well I'm not too far away at 65 next month, but there are older ones on here. But we tend to have more time to evaluate faults and search for recorded answers. (Hope the wife's got the blanket on in my coffin as its cold tonight).
@Castro25, you may be surprised to find that most of the input on this particular forum comes from owners who live in Europe, particularly the U.K. Without our input you would see a lot of tumbleweed rolling through the place.
It's appreciated
Generally we are diesel and you are petrol, the rest of the van is much the same and has much the same problems. Of course many of us have decades of petrol experience before we went diesel. Welcome to the forum Castro25.
