Common problem with T&Cs. (Mechanic at Zeigler CDJR) The fuse will blow so the fan wont blow over the evaporator coils.

20 amp fuse #5 in the junction block under the dash powers the rear blower motor. Left of steering column down low.

Rear blower relay is also on the junction block. Swap it with another identical relay on the block or from the PDC (fuse box) under the hood. http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/RI...9_62440954.gif
