Default Noisy Blower Motor

This is quite annoying. My fan selector switch only worked on high and when it was on high it makes an extremely annoying humming noise. I replaced the Blower motor resistor and now that is fixed ,but I still have the annoying humming noise. I took the bottom of the blower motor housing off and cleaned out the inside and that made a little bit of a difference bit it is still noticeable. Is there anyway to get access to the entire area where I can clean it out and make sure that there is not something stuck or whatever the case may be...Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Philip

A panel that slides off next to the blower motor.
