Default Oil leak - Need Help!!

I seem to have an oil leak!! I have a pool of oil on my drive where I'm been parking the grand voyager and it seems to be dripping as I pull off the drive as there is a tracible line of droplets.
I've checked the engine oil and that dosn't seem to have dropped. What can it be?? It definatley coming from the front area of the engine bay.
Any ideas??

Could it be a gearbox issue?? How do I check this??

Its a 2.5Lt oil burner with a manual box

Are you sure it is definitely not engine oil leaking?

If you are sure it's not engine oil, then it could be power steering fluid, so check the level there. If its not that then it can only be from the gearbox. As far as I know the manual transmissions use a 10w-40w engine oil.

Not sure if its possible to check levels in the manual transmission. You check it by topping up I think.
