I've been using Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage 5/30 in my 06 TnC 3.3 base mod. along with the Mobil 1 301 A larger oil filter...4 qts and 1 qt Lucas Full Synthetic Oil Stabilizer for yrs now...210k (plus alittle more oil for the larger filter)👍👍👍🫵
