P0704 code question.
Hello all, newbie here.
I have tried searching this question but didn't see anything specific to the 2011 year. Last Friday, out T&C threw a P0740 code. I reset it but it came back on within 5 miles.
I know its for the TQ Clutch control solenoid, my question is, has anyone had this replaced and roughly how much to replace it and the converter at the same time? I have seen posts saying close to 3K

We understand that you are requesting advice from other forum members at this time. However, if you decide to take your T&C to your servicing Chrysler dealer to address this concern, please feel free to message us with your VIN and mileage for further assistance.

P0740 is a generic OBDII code that is universal for all makes, years & models so in your research - don't limit yourself to 2011 T & C. Several things can set the code and you should try the easiest & cheapest first (IMO).
Trying to ease your mind before you jump out and spend a bunch of money.
Common Problems That Trigger the P0740 Code
- Defective Torque Converter Lockup Solenoid
- Defective Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
- Defective Torque Converter Clutch
- Defective Valve Body
- Dirty transmission fluid that restricts the hydraulic passages
