Default Part number for the fuel vent tube?

2003 voyager, 2.4 L.

I'm having a hard time locating the proper part number for the fuel vent tube that goes from the fuel tank, through the frame (near the bottom of fuel filler hose) to a quick connect just outside of the frame. I think it then travels up to the vapor canister.

I found part number 04721109AA, but i'm not sure if it's correct.

I ran a homemade smoke test and it was leaking from that hose just behind the quick connect, near the frame/rear tire.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pics from March 2004 series, is it separator pipe you need.
2.4L is a code EDZ.
As far as I can see part no's are starting 08.
