Default PLEASE HELP..Gearbox trouble

I hope that someone can help. I am trying to take the manual gearbox out of my 2003 grand voyager 2.5 CRD. I need to take it out to replace the rear crankshaft oil seal. How does it come out??? I seem to have taken loads of bits out but it wont budge. Stuck now as car is needed for Saturday. Please help

Just read through the procedure in the chrysler manual for taking the manual box out of a 2.5 diesel.

It says you should support the engine and unbolt all the mounts, lower the engine and gearbox together, then unbolt the transmission. You might just get away with supporting the engine, unbolting the mounts and shoving the engine over to the side a bit to get the clearance to remove the transmission.
