PO732-gear 2 ratio incorrect

PO732-gear 2 ratio incorrect
What causes this dtc(PO732) and what needs to be done to correct it? I have a 1997 t&c 3.8, I parked this vehicle sat night go to get in to go to town and it would not start, finally found out fuel pump is out but i hooked my scanner up and the dtc PO732 came up which i didn't even know was there the service engine soon light did not come on. Any information on this code is appreciated. Thanks
