hey all .. passenger seat suddenly stuck and even tho I hear motor trying to slide it only one side wants to move a little... then it just jams... is there a way to remove this seat and make it a manual slide somehow ? or... just remove it and put a different seat in its place maybe ?

 

Wish mine was that simple! With my luck, my 04 Camry needs a whole new motor! I'm a petite female, and can't reach the pedals, as it's stuck all the way back! Thanks for the vid!

Underneath is the plug, I had to unplug mine for a bit and then decided to try again and low and behold- it moved! It still gives me grief if moved so I unplug, let it rest and then it goes back again. The cause? Idk. But I'd replace the seat as soon as you can.
