Default Question regarding seatbelts

Hello everyone,

I have a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country Limited. I noticed something regarding the seatbelts warning sound. If the driver seatbelt is unbuckled it will show me a little message on the dashboard along with a warning sound and as soon as its buckled in, the message and sound would disappear. However, that is not the case for the passenger seatbelt, if the passenger seatbelt is unbuckled it would not show anything nor give any warning sounds. Is that normal? I tried to disable the warnings and enable it again but that didn't solve the issue. still only give warning for the driver side.

I'm pretty sure that if there is a passenger in the front passenger seat and the seatbelt is unbuckled, a warning will sound, but only if the vehicle is moving forward.

even with the vehicle moving forward still doesn’t give a warning sound.
