In one have radio and dont have code for it.
Is there any chance that CODE can be generated from S/N of it?

The codes for Serial Numbers beginning T00AM are only available from the official Chrysler Dealer database so will not be free from anywhere on the Internet

If urgent try emailing

chryslercode@aim.com

and they should be able to help for a sensible price
