Default Radio Navigation Maps Won't Load

Help! "Can't unlock maps." "Detailed Maps are required for routing. No detailed maps were found on this unit." That's the error messages I get when accessing my navigation unit. Is this a problem with anyone else? It's a 2015 Touring L and it came that way from the dealer. I never checked out the Navigation before I bought it. Help!? What are my options.

Default Radio VES Navigation 2011 Town and Country some buttons don’t work

Hi everyone I have Town and Country 2011 with radio/navigation. Actually I cannot use navigation because buttons don’t work on right side of head unit.
Also eject/open button don’t work. Don’t know what could be en issue. It’s been working before.
I do try reset via minus from battery but still no signs of getting better. Please advise do I need new radio?? Or it’s quick fix??
