I have a 2008 Town and Country with the touch screen radio. I had to have some body work done due to when my brakes were checked, a technician did not tighten my lug nuts and my tire fell off and became jammed up under the car. Long story short, the place where all this started repaired the tire and brake but it needed body work. When I dropped it off, the radio worked fine. Once it was returned to me the radio is completely dead. It wont even turn on, also the VES comes on one screen and says locked. My backup doesn't work also on the screen. The quarter panel that was damaged is being removed to check for any pinched or cut wires but so far everything as turned out okay on that end.. any ideas???
