I have 2012 Town and Country; have a rattle on drivers side front end. I have looked extensively on frame and suspension and under hood can't fine anything loose, I beat on everything with a rubber hammer with car jacked up and pulled front left wheel off, can''t fine a darn thing loose. It drives down the road smooth and quiet on hwy also, but on a bumpy road the left front rattles like metal to metal. I wonder if struts ever rattle like that; althought I checked all mounting bolts on them and they were all tight. I even tried to tighten all the fram bolts underneath but all good and tight. What a Mystery.

 

I chase rattles also on my 2015 TC. One I found, was a metal heat shield right above the steering rack that bolts to the floor. Mine had a 10mm bolt missing, and I could just bump it with my hand, and it would rattle like crazy.
