RB3 Knobs

Hi All,
Now this is going to be a long shot, but.... does anyone have a duff RB3 unit kicking around which I can snaffle the Volume and OK *****?
For some absurd reasdon the prev. owner took them off and as I am a bit of a perfectionist, I want them back.
Naturally, there are RB3s on eBay but I think it is a bit excessive to pay £450 for a whole unit just for the two ***** :-(
Anyone?
