Default RE: Reference #41837300:

I have a chrysler grand voyager 2.8 crd limited 2010
5 weeks i paid over £2000 for a recom gearbox because car was struck in 2 gear. 69000 on clock
Guess what the same problem as happened again, but this time rpm go up also. I took back to auto transmission garage he said that he would have to take gearbox apart again as the oil pressure switch looks like its gone. Should have to pay for another overhall of the gearbox ive just had put in its only done 700 miles since it was done?
Need advice asap please
Thanks in advance

Check for codes.
With the RPM's not going up it could be a sensor has failed which could put the system into a backup mode that will restrict the performance and lock out the higher gears to protect the drivetrain.
