I'm going to replace the shoe brakes and I need to know how much should I live on spacing, the drum is 10" shoul I put the shoesat 9 1/2" ?

RE: rear brake shoes...
brake shoes have automatic adjustment.
after putting them on, you can retract them manually, but the fine adjustment will be done by itself. a couple of hard brakings and it's done.
