Default Rear Coolant Leak

I have a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country and have notice that I have a coolant leak that is leaking from the passenger side of the vehicle nearly under the door. There are two metal lines with gold bolts on them and next to those is what appears to be a black metal tube that bends upward and heads toward the engin compartment. This is the tube where I am leaking coolant. I am wondering if this is the rear heater tube that I have seen referenced that corrodes and leaks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be a yes, mine have corroded and leaked badly. I cut out the bad sections of lines and replaced with 5/8" heater hose.

I have a 2000 Town & Country that I use on a limited bases. I am tired of the lines leaking going to the rear heater. I have connected the heater hose coming out of the water pump to the front heater but am puzzled where to connect the outlet back to the engine. I would like to completely by pass the reare heater??

I have made new lines with copper tubing. Less likely to spring a leak than heater hose.
