My Haynes book doesn't show it and I need to locate the pump for the rear window washer 2001 T&C.

 

only one pump for front and rear its on the washer jug. uses a 2 way valve to direct flow of fluid

 

The front washer works, is there some sort of test I can do to see if the pump needs replaced or if it's something else?

 

It looks like the fluid tank is down under the fender, is that correct?

 

yes and yes if u have 2 people there get under the driver side fender and have some one use the rear washer. if u hear it work then its not the motor. U could have something along the line of broken lines or cloged sprayer or valve stuck.
