Replacing Water Pump on 2005 T&C

How hard is it to replace the water pump on a 2005 T&C 3.3L? I had a leak and thought it was the lower hose. Replaced that and still leaked. I wonder what a shop would charge?

I found someone on this site to come to my house and replace the pump.
