Got Chrysler Voyager 2002 2.4L. Recently started running into issue that RPM starts to jump up and down rapidly (by around 500-1200 rpms on the dash) seemingly randomly. Pressing accelerator pedal only barely increases rpms and engines doesn't accelerate. The longer it runs the worse it gets. After some time engine shuts down. After waiting a minute or so and restarting engine runs fine but the issue reappears. Doesn't seem to happen when engine is cold. Has anyone got the same problem and what could be the cause?
