Default Rust problem on '01 Voyager

I've got an '01 Voyager with a bubble of rust just below the gas cap.
The rim inside the gas door is also getting rusty. Does anyone else have
this problem? BTW, Chrysler will not fix this.

Get some touch-up paint specifically for your vehicle from an auto-repairer. A dealer might have it as well. If you're going to fix it yourself, I suggest taking a sander with a multitude of different sandpapers to take off the rust....then you could repaint the area using the touch-up paint.

no offense man but i can honestly tell you that of all the rust problems chrysler has that spot is not usually one of them its probably from a chip in the paint or gas spilling.
