seat bracket cover?
Hello,
I have a 2003 Town and Country. I have taken the seats out in the rear, so there is room for my power wheelchair. After the seat is removed, there is an open 'track' where the seat bolt is visable.
Loading a power chair into the van from the side is hard because the caster and wheel of the chair are perpendicular to the seat bracket tracks.
Is there a cover for those tracks?
Does anyone have any ideas for loading a chair like this into a van?
Thanks!!

Ugly, I know, but perhaps a sheet of ply would be the best/cheapest option? Would also keep your carpet clean from any muck you might get on your chair wheels. Guy at work does something similar with his chair in the back of a Range Rover

Hi Graham,
Thank you for taking the time to get back to me, I really appreciate it. I was kind of thinking along those same lines, if it came to that.
The chair in question is my new one. My old one would go in the rear of the van, as Cathy could remove the seat, and then drive it up the ramp. The new chair has electronic equiptment on the backrest, so just removing the backrest will not do it.
I used to think the same thing about the carpet, but my old power chair did not make a big mess on the carpet. I was surpriosed by that.
Thank you again, I really appreciate your willingness to help. Have a great day!!
