Just noticed this today on my new van with 400 miles. Exactly as described in this video (not mine):

I have a similar incline driveway, but I suspect that this may have been caused in my case by one of the kids messing with the power door too much yesterday. Anyone know the answer? Is it normal or does it need to be fixed?

Had it less than a week so far and I love it. Traded our 07 GC Spring Special in for the -L

Probably not the kids. I have the exact same issue on both door. I have had it at the dealer 3 time and they have not been able to "re-create the problem" even though it happens about 90% of the time when I park in my driveway. I also sent them video of it happening. I love the van but I am very frustrated with this issue. Please update this thread if you find out any further info.

 

There is a TSB for 2011 model year minivans that required a Power Sliding Door Module (PSDM) software update / learn cycle flash to correct a very similar condition. I would suspect something very similar may the issue described above. I have included the 2011 TSB for review:
