The sliding door suddenly got stuck. When I open the door manually, it will open about 2 inches and gets stuck. When I try to close it manually, it also won’t close unless I force it. when it closes, I hear couple ticking noises.
when I take a closer look at the track, I don’t see anything wrong, but I see a little metal pin with spring sticking out.

 

I also have this issue and it's been years. Never managed to identify the cause I know that clicking noise very Well. When you use the door does it pull closed fully or do you need to bump it in a bit?
