Default Slow Idle down

When starting the van it seems to stay higher than 1000 rpm for longer than expected ..

I think when its cold its normal for it to take a little extra time but seems like i have to step on gas to get it to drop down further .. Its def not a throttle cable but maybe dirty sensor ..

"Its def not a throttle cable" How did you check it?

Binding throttle plate in the throttle body? Throttle position sensor?
