Question Smellin' oil

Burning oil. It's like blood in the water for me. I hate it, because it means something is leaking.

On my 2008 T&C, I've noticed that smell, but I can't pinpoint what the issue is. Nothing is dripping. I did take a few pics though. Just a note, I cleaned the engine about three weeks ago so I could try to pinpoint where things are coming from.

This first image is under the passenger side of the engine looking up. The bolt that is circled in yellow has some oil residue on it. The ?manifold? that has the black arrow is connected to some hose that looks like it goes to the cooling system. Before I cleaned the engine, this piece had a fine film of oil on it.

The second picture is on the same side and from behind the engine block. It's where that bolt circled in yellow (in the pic above) fasten's to the engine block. You can see a bit of oil residue.

So, does anyone know 1) what that manifold is and 2) what might be leaking. The rest of the engine is clean. (And I mean you could eat off it.)
