Default Steam from front of engine - Grand Yoyager 3.3

I had a problem last week when I noticed steam coming out of the front of the car, it only happened after it had been running for around 30 minutes, and only started after I switched off the engine. When I undid the radiator cap I could actually see the core as it was only half full !, although I had filled it less then a week ago. The garage did a pressure test on it and found nothing wrong. But I was wondering if it could be the radiator cap that has a faulty seal ?, as a lot of water seemed to be lying at the top of the radiator under the cap ?.

The odd thing is the car does not overheat but runs normal.

Any help please.
