Table possible in stow n' go vehicles?

Table possible in stow n' go vehicles?
Just wondering if anyone has modded their T&C, or knows if it's possible to (relatively) easily add a table to the swivel n' go model of the T&C.
I know it would only work with the second row stowed, but it would still be nice to have a table for the back seats, when the middle is down.
