Tcm
Morning all, Chrysler voyager 3.3 auto with a headache spent the last month financial broke over her. Started off (ill keep as short as possible I need help advise.) Only drove in 2nd / 3rd gear up to about 50 60mph at a push but drove, sometimes kangaroo effect like running out of fuel jerk every now and then. took to a auto gearbox technician's (well known) in Dartford Kent, told me TCM fault code p0700 but couldn't talk to TCM to find fault so said it's ECU fault.on way home it died kangaroo effect only able to do 15mph finally it stopped and just rocked back and forth on the spot.changed ECU with used part ( same part number) tried starting it started ran like poo and died leaving ignition lights but no more, took to Lipscomb's Chrysler dealer for ECU reprogramming £120. Phoned me car starts all good sir i said test drive please they said can't as no fuel saying 0 miles then they drive out of workshop and engine light come up they phone me and say it's running light poo and needs plugging in they do this and tell me it's TCM p0700 code but can't talk to it for some reason and blame my used ECU as the fault.so basically I'm back to start. now car starts and ticks over smells of over fuel smell if I touch gas throttle it stutters splutters and rev gauge bounces like its hunting for fuel and doesn't drive really it starts but that's really it. My question is any ideas what's wrong with her as only thought I've got is TCM it self as 2 garages have given same code same diagnosis they can't talk to TCM so ECU is the fault well I'm not spending £700 on ECU and programming to find it's not that. I can't see it being 2 ECU my thought is if TCM is dead dead then ECU won't communicate with it so change that. Would you all agree and is a 98 3.3 auto TCM the same thanks guys sorry for essay
