Default Thoughts about this cam shaft

I’ve started the process of replacing rocker arms on my 2013 T&C van with 154K miles.
I’ve removed the front side valve cover and here’s what I see so far. You can see there is some wear on the exhaust cam lobe on the drive-end of the camshaft.
What is the group consensus here as to whether I should replace the exhaust cam on this side? I don’t have the other side opened up yet but stethoscope did not indicate any problems (yet) on that side.
I should add that I’m hoping to get another 50k miles max out of the car. Is that too much to expect? Will have have lots of other things failing by then, i.e. transmission?
