I want to replace the turn signal switch in my 03 T&C and can't figure out how to release the connector on the switch. There is a red button on it and I have tried pushing on it, squeezing , pulling etc, but can't get it off. Can anyone tell me the secret to this.

it will move back get a small screw driver and pry it back tward the cluster.
