UK: 2000 2.5td Grand Voyager Idler Pulley
I had to replace the water pump so ordered replacement idler pulleys as well. The main dealer parts department said that there were two identical pulleys - so I ordered them.
It turns out there are three, but the third isn't part of the "Cooling system" - so it didn't come up on their parts computer in that area.
I now have the third pulley, but unlike the other two this one doesn't just bolt onto the side of the block, but sits inside a cradle between the powersteering pump and the crank pulley.
I've got the service manual from the ?russian? website but can't find where this third pulley is covered? The cradle appears to be mounted to the block but it appears to go behind the timing chain covers.
Can anyone tell me how to change this pulley - or what system it might fall under in the service manual - I've looked under steering, cooling, alternator, etc and can't find any mention of it.
Thanks in advance
Steve

It's the lower of the three pulleys identified as "3 - Idler Pulleys" on this diagram.
between the Power Steering Pump Pulley and the Crankshaft Pulley.
