Default vehicle dies while driving or at idle and then restarts

I have a 2000 Chrysler town and country 3.8 V6. There are times while slowing down almost stopping and the vehicle will die. It also has happened when idling or starting to go. Once this occurs the car will start right away it does not cause the check engine light to come on and no error codes are given. I have looked it up online and can't find anything. I have been told to possibly try replacing the camshaft and crankshaft position sensor. I would try this but it seems if these go bad they will give some kind of error code. I am lost please help.

Sounds like an idle control valve fault as in needing cleaned. Vauxhalls were reknown for it. But I don't know your petrol system.
A week crank or cam sensor possibly.
