I couldn't find any threads with a similar issue when I searched the forum.

We bought the 2008 Chrysler T&C new. Up until this year, the VES would transition to the backup camera when the van is put into reverse. Now, when we put the van in reverse, the VES does not transition. The VES works as it normally has, changing channel, moving the sound to the front/side/rear, etc. But when the van is put into reverse the backup camera feed does not come up. Before the absence of transition, the VES displayed a black screen with directions to check surroundings.

I have checked every single fuse I could think that would control this. I even bought a used backup camera to see if that would resolve it, I am at a loss as to what would cause the issue.
