Voyager/Caravan 1996, instrument cluster...

I have the next problem with the Voyager 1996:

- not working instrument cluster, all the gauges at zero, no diyplay for distance or trip

- not working wiper intermittent (wipers stops on the top or center of windshild, do more then one time... )

- not working speed control (tempomat)

But, sometimes when driving, the instrument cluster start working and also the wiper in same time.

I have already check the fuses, relays, conectors, remove the BCM and reinstal, resolder conector on instrument cluster panel, put the ground (-) wire direct to pin 7 on instrument cluster conector because I do not found the ground G200.

Any idea?

Remove the heater control panel and check the 21 pin plug on that for melting.

All the pins and wires in the 21 pin conector looks fine!

Any other idea? What else should I check?

I have disconect the clockspring and the same result. Instrument cluster not working, tempomat not working and if I put on wiper intermittent wiper stops if I turn it off.
