My power folding mirrors dont seem to work properly, pressing the button to shut they fold in, but when opening, one folds out all the way out, and ideas?

have they been knocked? If so, open them and physically move the mirror until it's in the correct position, then close and open them with the switch a couple of times to see it they work.

I have had this before. Let it fold all the way out, then with it in this position physically push it to the correct location and try again.

if they have been knocked they can need resetting (fold them in by hand then press the switch) you will then hear a click and all should work fine. If not you most likely need a new mirror
