I already have, scan through my previous posts. However note that was based on the 96-2000 model. I have not trd on the later units but as the system is essentially the same I see no reason why it should not work.

If you can tell us how to do it because there is no possibility to bleed it normally. There is no skrew or anything on the sylineders. If you say there is a way it would be helpful to give us a hint. I know there is a way to make a perfect vacuum but at home mechanicks hardware it is a bit tricky...

did you mean that u did not open anything before you started pumping the slavesylinder? Then it should be possible to pump air out just taking the slave out from it´s "home" and making sure that the cluch fluid container is full with fluid? if so i´ve done that and there is no air coming and i´m thinking the right diagnose is the fork. have to take it out and fix it.

Unhappy slave cylinder problem please help.

hi my voyager 2.5 td w reg has stopped going into gear,a friend has noticed that the yelloow plastic bit on the front of the slave cylinder has snapped would i only need to replace the cylinder or would i need a master cylinder as well,iv had problems getting it into 1st & 2nd gear for the last year.
your hepl would be much appreciated as i have children and cant do any school runs and have no idea regards to these vehicles.

not saying it is but i had to change my gear cables as mine struggled to get into reverse and and second gear new cables problem went
